Martin spent years working in Michelin-starred restaurants such as Gary Danko and Michael Mina, as well as large hotels such as The Grand Del Mar.

Since then, Martin has worked in the custom label business, assisted top law firms with their gifting programs, and written the opening wine lists for several prominent Bay Area restaurants.

Consorzio’s current clients include bustling restaurants, a grocery delivery startup, and luxury culinary experience companies.
